With more than 20 years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience in the Bay Area, Lisa has developed recruiting strategies and partnered with hundreds of organizations to recruit talent. She is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Mechanics Bank and serves on the regional board for NCHRA for the last 10 years.

The appointment is being announced in advance of the California Recruiters spring Meetup in San Francisco, featuring Ernest Adams, Chief Diversity Officer as a keynote speaker.
