JASON BUSS

With over 20 years of recruiting and human resources leadership experience, Jason Buss is a recognized expert with deep experience in identifying, recruiting and hiring high-performing teams. He is currently the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Roblox.

Jason founded the Recruiters Network in 2011, with a committment to advancing the talent acquisition profession through continuing education, professional development, recruiting conferences and networking events. Jason has built and led several of the nation’s largest and most active regional recruiting communities and he has authored and published content in, and has been quoted by The Huffington Post, Fast Company, Bloomberg, MarketWatch, Society for Human Resource Management, Corporate Executive Board and more.

Outside of work you can find Jason enjoying the outdoors in the Bay Area, indulging in froyo, exploring a new part of the world on vacation, hanging out with his family, or tending to their adorable yet bossy Pekingese named Otis.

REBECCA WARREN

Rebecca relocated from Minnesota to Arizona in 2016 for her current role as Director of Talent Acquisition at P.F. Chang’s. She has been in and around the talent acquisition space for 10+ years at a variety of organizations in both full-time and consulting roles. She is passionate about people – identifying, attracting, onboarding and retaining great talent through planning and strategy, competency development, employment branding, social media, mentoring/coaching/training, relationship building/management, employee engagement, and analytics. Her top 5 CliftonStrengths are Activator, Strategic, Futuristic, Connectedness, and Includer. She was involved from the beginning with the very first community in the Recruiters Network in Minnesota, and is excited to be leading the newest community in Arizona!

She loves (in no particular order) cycling, hockey (Go Wild!), meeting people, exploring new places, youth ministry, writing & facilitating murder mysteries, food (and posting pictures of it on social media!), her family, and giving back to others. And Pottery Barn. Much to her husband’s dismay.

MATT DUFFY

Matt is the Director of Partner Relations with Carex Consulting Group.  Matt has 20 years of Human Resources experience specializing in the field of talent acquisition.  Specific areas of concentration include recruitment strategy, workforce planning, assessment and selection, metrics, candidate experience and process design.  Matt is a strong proponent of leveraging technology in the recruiting process where he has experience with multiple applicant tracking systems and leverages numerous existing and emerging recruiting tools/resources. 

Matt is the President of Wisconsin Recruiters, a networking and professional development organization for Talent Acquisition professionals throughout Wisconsin.  He also sits on the Advisory Board for Chicago Recruiters. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement Dane County and is on the planning committee for Food-for-Kidz, a local non-profit that has packaged and distributed over 2 million meals worldwide since its inception in 2006.

He was born in Connecticut, grew up in Massachusetts and Minnesota, and lived in Colorado for several years before moving to Madison in 2000.

TIFFANY KUEHL

Tiffany Toussaint has over two decades of HR and talent acquisition experience, enabling her to bring unique industry insight to her work. She has held high-level talent acquisition positions within manufacturers including, Donaldson Company, Honeywell, and MTS Systems. She serves as the Past Director of the Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management State Council (MNSHRM), held multiple roles on the Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management (TCSHRM) Board, served on the Advisory Board with Minnesota Recruiters (MNREC), and serves on the Board of Directors for 180 Degrees. She has a love for connecting talent with the right opportunities as well as networking and sharing her experiences to help others learn.

KEIRSTEN GREGGS

Keirsten Greggs is Talent Acquisition Consultant and Career Coach. In 2017 she founded TRAP Recruiter, LLC, a small business committed to bridging the gap between the job seeker and organizations committed to attracting, hiring, developing and retaining diverse talent and fostering inclusive, equitable cultures. During her 19-year career, she has implemented creative recruiting strategies for Defense, Intelligence, Federal and Civilian contract portfolios and accumulated a full range of Talent Acquisition experience including Full Life-Cycle Recruiting, Executive Hiring, Talent Acquisition Operations, Training Development and Delivery, Talent Acquisition Project Management, College Recruiting, Internal Staffing, and Proposal/Incumbent Capture. Always focused on relationship building, she engages with a broader audience via her blog, as a guest speaker, as a guest on various podcasts, facilitating workshops and training, and as the creator of the #RecruiterProblems meme series. 

A certified Jersey Jawn who now calls the DC Metro area home, she loves God, trap music, DST, being churchy, graphic tees, code-switching, coffee, happy hour, anything fried, Cobb salad and bearded dudes.

LISA CROSSETT

Lisa is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Mechanics Bank, where she spearheads all aspects of Talent Acquisition encompassing strategy and process along with leading a team of experienced recruiters to find the paramount talent in the marketplace.  She is extremely passionate about talent acquisition and ensuring both the candidate and hiring manager have an engaging and positive experience. Prior to joining Mechanics Bank, Lisa’s progressive career spanned 18 years at Nelson Staffing with the last 10 years as the Regional Vice President for the East Region.  She oversaw the recruiting, operations and sales efforts along with building and nurturing client relationships. Lisa has been an active board member for the past 8 years with the Tri-Valley region of NCHRA, holding the co-chair, college relations, and social committee roles.

Lisa is a native Californian who resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and their two Havanese doggies, Marty and Stewart (affectionately named after her idol Martha Stewart). For the last eight years, Lisa has been publishing a successful blog that reflects her passion for food, wine and entertaining.  One of her bucket list items is to travel to all 50 states and she has 19 more to go!

DUSTIN WILSHIRE

Dustin is a talent acquisition veteran with diverse recruiting experience that spans both agency and in-house corporate settings across a wide variety of industries. Starting his career at Aerotek, he has since worked with David Evans & Associates, Adidas, and is currently at Nike. A manager and builder of high performing recruiting teams and effective recruiting strategies, he prides himself on a creative use of data and analytics in storytelling. 

He is also a world traveler, proud father, and a massive Portland Trail Blazers fan. Having lived in 4 countries and visited over 30 in his adult life, Dustin is a recognized global collaborator who has been successful in adapting all that he has learned from his nomadic lifestyle to the business world.  Rip City.

GINA ALOE

Gina began her Talent Acquisition career as a University Recruiting Manager with Wells Fargo where she had the opportunity to travel extensively, engaging entry-level talent across the US. While there, she received her MBA in Human Resource Management with the goal of transitioning to a career in Human Resources. Fast forward 15 years later and she remains loyal to recruiting and loves all aspects of hiring and developing successful talent attraction programs. She is currently Senior Director, TA Programs at Flex.

Gina has worked in many facets of recruiting from university hiring, building sales teams, and executive.

leadership for companies such as Wells Fargo, General Electric, Progressive Insurance, and TriNet. In addition, she has built diversity programs for both startup and global enterprise organizations, including a program currently used by Progressive Insurance to promote veteran hiring. Before joining Flex, Gina helped build and manage talent acquisition programs and the executive recruiting function at GE Digital. She is an entrepreneur at heart and in addition to recruiting, has owned several businesses, including a restaurant.

Outside the office, you can find Gina enjoying Pilates, cooking for her family and friends, or exploring hiking trails with her dog, Leo.
