Ryan Dull on Post-Interview Team Alignment:
“On the back end, so on the front end, how we structure that is once we get alignment around that, we’ll send out usually encourage our clients to establish some sort of an interview guide or interview packet that each of the interviews will follow that will go over the specific types of questions that they’ll ask, desired responses, and then they’re at the end of it some sort of a scoring or feedback mechanism ideally that would be some sort of a tech solution that is easy to grab and go. Some clients are still utilizing paper responses that they file, but some sort of a tool with the scoring mechanism and feedback mechanism to collect that and then also usually some sort of a debrief session to discuss.”
